Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Duties and Responsibilities:  Having to work with under the directions of registered nurses and physicians. Injured, handicapped and sick patients is what they care. Their duties include taking temperatures pulses, and blood pressure. Also giving them injections, change dressings, and help give patients baths is a duty. They care for patients in hospitals, extended care facilities and nursing homes. Some nurses work in private homes.
Salary: $16,000 - $23,000
Educational Requirements: Encouraged to have a high school diploma or GED certificate. LPNs do not have the extensive professional education that is required for a registered nurse. State approved training programs are offered by the vocational schools, junior colleges, the hospitals, and private schools.

I wouldn’t enjoy myself being a Licensed Practical Nurse. I know I won’t. The reason why I think this way is because the whole thing doesn’t seem interesting. You get to help people, that’s big but that’s not me.

Student Success Statement

Student Success Statement
“Righteous community unity starts with one upright soul, whether it is a community of family members, students, neighbors, teammates, or business associates. Unity conquers worthy pursuits more quickly and with less effort than individual effort alone.”
-Mr. Haymore

Reflection: This statement means is it only requires one person to conquer worthy pursuits. Less effort than individual effort along. It can start with anyone, can go along with anyone. Either if it’s a student, family members, neighbors it can do with anyone. Even a homeless man I start one. Quite inconceivable that one person can start a big rumble.

Home Health Aid

Home Health Aide
Duties and Responsibilities: Taking blood pressure, temperature, and pulse for patients is their duty. Provides in home assistance to ill, injured disable customers. Helping patients take a bath, get out of bed, help them eat. Simple stuff that they can’t do. Help them make their bed and clean their rooms.
Average Salary: $8,000-$18,000
Education Requirements:  Requires a high school diploma or GED certificate. Some vocational schools and community colleges offer training program.

I would not to be a health home aid. I find it boring but very helpful it is. Just wouldn’t enjoy it.
